Today I heard an increbly moving mantra. This brave woman was talking about her insomia, meltdowns, stress and then her method for gaining control. I completely related to her. I know those types of tears and rising sense of panic that can over. Her solution floored me.
She said that she raised her fingers in a steeple pose and concentrated on her breathing. She said, and I quote, "My breathe is my prayer of gratitude for the moment."
How beautiful.

Hi Ann! I read an e-mail about the website you founded and saw you had a blog. I had no idea you had continued with your blog on a more public basis! I just need to tell you that you are one of the strongest women I have ever met. I am so proud to call you my friend and I look up to you. I commend you for being who you are and pushing past everything to continue to reach out to help others. Not many in your shoes would still have the desire to do what they could to make other peoples lives easier. Bravo to you!
